DevelopMentor reserves the right to cancel a course if necessary, up to 15 days prior to the first day of instruction. In some cases the next available date will be at a different location than the student's originally scheduled class. Within limitations, DevelopMentor will assist in covering the student's travel expenses (and any prior travel cancellation fees) with a corresponding reduction in tuition, should they agree to attend the class at an alternative site. If it is possible to reschedule to the same site DevelopMentor will assist in covering any travel cancellation fees incurred with a corresponding reduction in tuition. Your Account Manager is fully prepared to discuss the circumstances and limitations should this occur.
If an alternate class is available and a student chooses not to be rescheduled, and DevelopMentor cancelled within the published window of 15 days or more before class start date, DevelopMentor does not reimburse any travel cancellation fees.
There is no cancellation fee if notification is received 15 days prior to the first day of instruction. Cancellation notices of 14 days or less are subject to a 50% cancellation fee or the student may choose to pay the full tuition price for the class and attend a future class at no charge within 12 months. Cancellations without notice are responsible for full tuition and the student may attend a future class at no charge within 12 months.
DevelopMentor payment policy requires payment prior to class unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Checks, wire transfer, and company purchase orders are also accepted per prior arrangement. Please contact Accounts Receivable at the office where you wish to enroll for more details. Failure to pre-pay does not relieve you from the Cancellation policy.

Discounts are available for registration in our open-enrollment courses when multiple developers from the same company concurrently register for the same class. On-site courses can save you travel expenses, better accommodate your schedule, and provide as much as 40% in savings.
